Aug. 24th, 2004

Saturday: 6 miles, with half on the trails at the Middlesex Fells. Bad side pains, so my pace was off.

Sunday: 8 miles, again through the Fells. I was supposed to do a track workout, but there was a soccer game going on. Tried running some of the Skyline Trail. Big mistake - it is a very difficult, challenging trail. Ended up turning my left ankle a bit. Good pace. When I got back onto the roads (the 2 miles back to my apartment), I picked up the pace to about 6:45 pace.

Monday: Off to give the ankle a rest.

Tuesday: 10 x 400m with a 200m jog as recovery. The ankle bothered me a bit the last half.

Thursday: Khoury's Thursday Night 4.13 Miler

Friday: Probably the easy 3 mile course again.
