Requirements for my next cell phone

So I am shopping for a new cell phone (and, because SprintPCS is not very accommodating to keeping me as a customer, I am also open to a new provider).

Requirements and desires for my next cell phone:
Flip phone - Desired
CallerID visible without opening phone - Required
Ability to turn off ringer without a menu - Required
Voice Dialing - Desired
Bluetooth - Highly Desired
No camera - Highly Desired
No games - Highly Desired
PalmOS - Desired

The Samsung SGH-i530 seems to fit the bill pretty well.

I do not know. I need to just sit down one day and actually purchase a phone and plan.
